Marlon Teixeira overcame cancer in the mediastinum when he was 3 years old, and lost his father a year earlier. In adolescence, he dreamed of being a football (soccer) referee. He was Influenced by his family who are bound to the universe of football. "But I turned out to be a model and started to work like crazy" he says. At 22, he is the best paid and requested Brazilian model. Currently, he features in campaigns of brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Avon, H&M and Carolina Herrera. "I went through such crazy things in life, there is nothing left to shock me" he said last week in São Paulo, where he was working. When it comes to vacation in Brazil, he likes to surf and attend to church. "God does so much for me, I need to thank him."
