What app did you use to edit the photo that's got two of Marlon faded and blurred together?

I only use photoshop, no app. Btw it looks horrible now because tumblr woke up in the mood to make bad decisions and piss off people. If somebody knows what the new dimensions are please tell me, because I have no clue.
